Feels responsible for everyone - her kids, her marriage, her parents, her friends in crisis
Has too many requests floating in her head, and no place to put them
Wants a structured, consistent prayer life - not another vague good intention
Feels quietly behind spiritually, even though she loves God
Is faithful - but overwhelmed
You sit down to pray, and within thirty seconds you're mentally reorganizing your grocery list, replaying a text you sent, and wondering what's for dinner.
Then comes the guilt: Why can't I be more consistent? You don't need more inspiration. You need containment.
Friend, nothing is wrong with you. You're just carrying too much in your head, with nowhere to set it down.

You tell someone "I'll pray for you" - and by dinner, it's gone.
You can't remember what you were even worried about last month - or whether God answered it.
Scripture you meant to memorize this year still isn't hidden in your heart.
The guilt quietly compounds, until "I should pray more" becomes a source of shame instead of peace.
Until you give your requests a physical home, you'll keep carrying them — and the longer it goes on, the more you'll start to wonder if maybe it's you that's broken.
It's not.
You just don't have a system yet.
I created The Prayer Card System™ when I was just 12 years old after realizing something embarrassing. I would sincerely tell people, “I’ll pray for you,” only to forget later. So I grabbed a stack of index cards and created a simple system to help me remember.
As time went on, I began adding Bible verses I wanted to memorize and notes about what I was learning about God—lessons that transformed the very foundation of my faith.
There was nothing fancy about it. It wasn't complicated or polished. It was simply a practical way to stay faithful in prayer, keep God's Word close to my heart, and grow in my relationship with Him one card at a time.
More than 40 years later, that same simple system is still part of my daily life. My children still call and text asking for prayer. Friends reach out during life's hardest moments, knowing I'll be praying for them. What began as a few index cards has become a steady anchor that has helped me stay consistent through every season.
I never imagined I would one day teach this system to others. But after watching the peace, clarity, and confidence it brought to friends, pastors, ministry leaders, and everyday believers, I realized it was too valuable to keep to myself. That's why I'm excited to share The Prayer Card System™—so you can experience the same simple, sustainable approach to a faithful prayer life.
